Nick Gatto was great to work with and extremely helpful! Their service department, however, leaves alot to be desired. Had truck bed cover installed and they didn't even bother to check that everything aligned and actually latched (had to return next day for them to adjust and fix). When detailing my truck, they didn't appear to even bother washing the bright yellow paint pen numbers off the tires and just applied tire shine right over it. Nick was an All-Star ....their service department was minor league.

Just bought a new 2024 Canyon Denali from this dealership and I just want to say thank you, to Gabriel Cortes and the sale manager for a great experience. I did not have a lot of time and you worked around my schedule and Gabriel even delivered the truck on his day off and drove it to New Hampshire were i live to the registry. Also worked with the service manager yesterday to look at a issue and he himself came out to figure it out, that was very professional. There were several parts on back up and my vehicle was at the dealership for over two weeks. There were no loaners available and the dealership would not re-imburse for a rental as I was out of warranty. My vehicle is the only vehicle in my household. The dealership needs to do a better job of providing substitute when there are delays in service. Thanks
