I was motivated to buy because of GM's low financing rate, Albrecht's Managers special discounts, and the I had to move from a 5 passenger to 7 passenger vehicle due to the number of increasing grandchildren. I first searched the web and was introduced to Dakota who worked the web sales, she was excellent! Extremely responsive and had EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills. Although I drove 60 miles from the dealership where I purchased the vehicle, I was compelled to buy from there based on my interactions with Dacota, and the fact the dealership had the vehicle that I knew I wanted to buy. It was an easy sale, although I did test drive other vehicles, as they had an abundance of models and make in stock to choose. I did work the sales associate, Jack very hard. He was a junior member of the sales team but non the less worked patiently with me to satisfy all my requirements. A shout out to Kendra their Finance Director, she was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and quick getting me processed and did not try to pressure me into purchasing additional products. They quickly helped me with getting all the registry stuff done. With all the positives, I did had one dissapointment that they were not licensed to provide me an inspection sticker. Jack made it all good by setting me up on the Buick app and walking me through the features so I drove away with comfort. Great experience overall!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jack Albushies. He is professional and great at his job. Jack took the time to answer all of my questions and go over every detail about two specific models I was interested in. No pressure at all. I didn’t end up purchasing a car here ONLY because it’s a terrible time to purchase or lease a new vehicle anywhere. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any used inventory within my price range that I liked.
